With 20 years of hands-on expertise in residential, commercial, and industrial construction. Known for building a reputable business grounded in integrity and customer satisfaction.

Proficient in overseeing all aspects of operations, from project management, and budgeting, to client relations, and business development. Katlyn serves as Chief Financial Officer at Dennard Construction, bringing over a decade of experience in public and private sector finance. She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science in Accounting from Texas Tech University, graduating in 2011.

Before joining the team, Katlyn served as Assistant Treasurer for Lubbock County, where she developed a strong foundation in governmental finance and operational efficiency. She possesses specialized expertise in account reconciliation and financial software conversions, facilitating seamless system integrations and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting.

Chandler Penton serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Dennard Construction. Chandler brings a wealth of experience from his time in the United States Navy, where he served as a Seabee and developed a solid foundation in construction management.
